Decapitated is a supremely talented and young crew of insane musicians. Winds of Creation was their debut effort and easily their finest. If not for the tragic death of the drummer Vitek, I could easily see them as the "poster-group" of the metal genre. This album start to finish will rock you into a migrane headache. The riffs are thick and over powering, the double bass's jack hammer like none I've heard before. And don't even get me started on the vocals, though you can't pick up a single ...

Everyone knows how great this band and album really are. Im just writing this in a sad moment as Vitek died yesterday at 23 from injuries he suffered during a bus accident. My thoughts go out to his band, his family and the metal community as we lose a young legend.
Vitek, the metalheads salute you \m/ RIP

This cd is BRUTAL. If you are a fan of this genre and the sound clips sound cool, pick this up. The fact that this cd is the product of a band whose average age was about 20, this is crazy. Then come Decapitated and say "lo and behold!" and put everyone to shame with this album. And indeed these sneerers and disreputable doubters SHOULD be ashamed - or abased to silence at the very least - for these ...

I just recently got into Decapitated when I bought "Winds of Creation" on Ebay about a couple of weeks ago, and got it in the mail a week later, and when I popped it in my stereo and listened to it all the way through, I was like OMG!! This stuff is just awesome, and I was absolutely blown away. The one thing that really amazed me about this band, is that all four members were all in their teens when they recorded this album. I'll tell you something, these guys are extremely gifted and talented musicians ...
