Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent album
This is one of my favorite Dimmu Borgir albums, and one I can listen to from end to end.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Dimmu's Last Great Album
Nearly all of the songs on here are top notch in atmosphere. The opening and ending is strong. It's hard to pick the best song because most of them are all great. Don't even think about listening or buying the remake. Dimmu Borgir a few years ago thought to themselves - "Hey, why only be crap, when we can go the whole way and cover-up any traces of talent?". Then they released Stormblast MMV.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - A must for any metal fan. (even if you don't apprciiate real black meta becuase this is just thatl)
The most amazing black metal album I have heard yet. The sythns and the symphonic likeness is just absoultely amazing. Ah Sorgens Kammer is an awesome song, and it's just too damn bad they had to ruin such a wonderful song with a new remastered version thats sounds like new goth rock shizzle.

Seriosuly I honestly don't want to say anything, becuae this cd is just that.

Amazing.

Buy it, it's been one of the best purchases i've ever made.

Although ...

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Dimmu's Best
I Love This CD, Was Defentally Worth The Price, Each Track Timelesses Folws From One To The Next, The Title Track Is By Far The Best. For True Dimmu I Would Reccomend This And The For All Tid As A Close Second, ALSO THE REMASTER SUCKS. Sad To See What Dimmu Borgir Have Turned Into Now Though

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Shoddy production aside, this is a real gem.
"Stormblast" is widely viewed as Dimmu's best release, and I tend to agree. Shagrath's vocals are still harsh and reptilian, and the overall sound is a bit muted, which only adds to the atmosphere. "Enthrone Darkness Triumphant" and later works are barely recognizable as the same band, as they completely lost that distinct frosty Northern sound that makes "Stormblast" so enjoyable.

The album's opener, "Alt Lys Er Svunnet Hen," begins with a keyboard passage highlighted with light ...
