Editorial Review:
Album Description: Includes a bonus DVD (PAL/Region 0). For anybody who hasn't heard Clawfinger and picked up there latest album Hate Yourself With Style. Might be mistaken for thinking that Clawfinger were a Nazi / Homophobic band. Just by going the title of the opening track The Faggot In You. This could not be further from the truth; The Faggot In You is a dig at homophobic people. Anther song that could get a lot of people pissed off by its title is Right To Rape, which is an anti-rape song. This is what I love about heavy music it teaches you not to judge a book by its cover. Clawfinger has always liked to push peoples buttons ever since their debut Deaf Dumb Bind, were they did the song Nigger. The tracks Dirty Lies, The best & The Worst and Breakout (embrace the child in you) sound like they could have been recorded by Anthrax. Clawfinger deliver 11 definitive tracks including he pumping title track that is one of the strongest on the album. Hate Yourself With Style is an album that my stereo seems to really dig, as it wont let me take it out.*Please note you will need an All Code DVD player to view. Nuclear Blast. 2005.

This CD is amazing. Clawfinger has gone from their roots of rap/metal and thrust into overdrive with "Hate Yourself with Style."
Clawfinger's music has always been about getting a message out, and "Hate Yourself," continues with such songs as "Faggot in You," and "God is Dead." Which speak out about prejudice of Homosexuals and Religon respectively.
Personally I feel this album is just as good as Clawfingers other CDs, and is definately worth the buy.

These guys sure have a lot of important issues to talk about, and that's as far as I can go in supporting them. Musically, Clawfinger, who have sold more than a million copies worldwide (go figure), plays a style of hardcore/rap Metal and that's enough to prepare you for this. Love bands like Helmet, Stuck Mojo and the likes? Then you'll be in heaven with this. Personally, I could barely stomach it.

Just recieved the new CD. Most of it is Pure Fantastic ClaFinger as usual. This cd has a couple of "Speed Metal" sell-outs, probably to pacify the new managment and marketing folks. Over all Excellent Job from ClawFinger. If you have not noticed I'm a HUGE ClawFinger Fan and own a ton of ClawFinger stuff including the Bootlegs....Sorry Guy's......
