great unique sound this band produces...
great metal.........great music very original cd for all metal lovers..

This is a great metal album, highlighted by the opening track, "Subterfuge." While this is certainly a worthy buy for any fan of heavy music, it is much more traditional (one could even say bland) than their previous effort, a wonderfully creative and imaginative album called "Futlity."
"The Hinderers" is a kickass CD, to be sure. However, if you can get your hands on "Futlity" do yourself a favor and don't pass it up. I don't find it listed at Amazon, so it may or may not be hard to ...

PLEASE MORE SONGS LIKE DEAD ON THE DANCE FLOOR, best song ever, its like NIN and Dimmu Borgir made a pact with satan for the best song ever. Between this and Satryicon King, Metal is defiantly cleaning up its act and making higher quality recording, so when you want to test out those new speakers forget pink floyd, Daath and satryicon have amazing studio quality metal. Must buy for any audiophile metal fan.
As a note, makes a great christmas present.

Well I must admit at first I was not hooked. I listen to all types of metal and lots of metal with growling, but always takes a bit of time before I am comfortable enough to buy a cd. However, after listening to the 3 songs they had on myspace a couple times I bought it. I am blown away. I do agree with the reviewer that said it reminds him of Dez from DD. "Who Will Take the Blame" actually reminded me alittle of Static-X from there Wisconsin Death Trip album (which by the way I feel was there best album). ...
